All content, resources, and guidance provided through Life 2.0 — including financial counseling — are for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not provide investment, tax, insurance, or legal advice.
Any decisions you make based on our Services are at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend consulting with a certified financial planner, tax consultant, or legal advisor before making financial decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Treat fellow members with respect; hate speech, harassment, or discrimination is prohibited.

• Prices may change; changes won’t affect fees already paid for ongoing programs.

9. User‑Generated Content

If you post, upload, or submit content (“UGC”):

• You retain ownership of your UGC.

• You grant Life 2.0 a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, display, and distribute your UGC solely to operate and promote the Services.

• You represent that your UGC does not violate any third‑party rights or laws.

Our Services may contain links or integrations to third‑party sites/apps. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third‑party content or practices. Your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
